All our packages come standard with the raw audio files, however we do also offer AI audio cleaning to reduce background noise and harsh noises. We will usually also suggest placing the phone in a quieter area of the venue, as this can also help audio quality.

What is an “audio guestbook” ?
An audio guestbook is similar to a regular guestbook but instead of writing down messages you speak them into the phone's receiver. This allows for a simple and elegant way to capture your guests' messages and well wishes on your wedding day, party or any other event.
How does it work?
Each of our audio guestbooks are vintage and retro style phones which have been converted to record your guests messages onto a memory card. The phone is run off a battery pack and can last for multiple hours throughout the day. Once you return the phone to us, we then send you the recordings, which you can then listen to and cherish forever.
What does it sound like?
You can check out our favourite moments section to get an idea of what the recordings sound like. We do recommend placing the phone in a quieter area of the venue to get the best quality recordings. We do also offer edited versions of your audio for a much cleaner sound.
How long can my messages be?
Messages can be up to 5 minutes long, however each phone comes with enough space for many hours of recording.
Where can I put the phone?
The phone comes with a battery pack and extra batteries so you can place it anywhere you like. We recommend placing it in a quiet area of the venue for the best quality recordings.
How long do I keep the phone for?
Our phones usually ship out 3-4 days before your event and are then expected to be sent back within 3 working days.
What colours do you offer?
We have a variety of colours available for our phones. Currently we are building out our stock, so for more information get in contact as we can usually source a colour for you.
